Linda Caplinger, marketing manager and broker of record at HauteHomes.com, started her real estate career at age 11 — when she decided it was high time her mother sold their 1950s mid-century modern home in Los Angeles.
Linda attended Rio Hondo College, serving as president of the Honor Society, Alpha Gamma Sigma, and graduated with Honors. She then attended the University of California, Irvine on a full scholarship, completing her Bachelor's in Anthropology and a near-second Baccalaureate in Economics.
Starting in 1993, Linda obtained her salesperson license and began with Coldwell Banker in the Inland Empire. In 2004, she sat for the Broker's exam and founded Haute Homes of Los Gatos.
With her broker's license, Linda set out to revolutionize real estate with her internet marketing prowess. She enjoys helping buyers find that special home as much as she relishes innovative marketing ideas — and has a deep appreciation for Craftsman, Spanish Revival, and Mid-Century Modern architecture.
